Listed as new, received a used or open box item. Headphones came with two pairs of the same cups - item was missing a set of the deeper cups. Headphones have been selling with deeper cups for 9 months, seller is selling an old revision without mentioning it in the listing. After two days of back and forth, seller said they would accept a return, then accused me of ill intentions. Unsure of a quick/painless return, I verified FRC and bought a new pair from another seller new, with deeper cups.
