Just like my Superhandy Tugger, it is incredibly well-engineered and build quality is simply top-notch. My complaint is that it is virtually impossible to reach someone by phone, with no option provided to request a call back.
In regards to email, the response may come at at 3am, which leads me to believe that customer service is being handled in the country of origin: S. Korea.

I know that you must be aware of this glaring Customer Service problem, so please fix it.

Perfect for the yard. I read sooo many scooters before choosing this one. I was Leary because of people saying it was packed poorly and all that. Will I am here to report that it was packed wonderfully with care and thought. Again PACKING IS FINE!!!! I am using it to travel on and off my pontoon this summer. I will leave a longer review as I use it for my needs here in the summer. Even came with an extra battery and hat! GREAT JOB Super Handy for delivery safe and sound

Very good seller! Item was exactly as described! Quick shipping! Fairly easy to assemble. Works as explained, but be sure to heed the caution about using on slopes. These things do not have brakes & any sizable load quickly becomes unmanageable on a slope. I would buy again from this seller. Sorry about my delayed response- I have been laid up with covid. I have sent messages to the seller with NO REPLYS. THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED UPS AND ARRIVED DAMAGED AT UPS THEY AT FIRST REFUSED DELIVERY TO US AND SAID THEY WERE CONTACTING SHIPPER FOR INSTRUCTIONS. NEXT DAY IT WAS LEFT AT OUR GATE REPACKAGED. AFTER OPENING PACKAGE THE INSIDE WAS WRAPPED WITH ABSORBENT PACKAGING AND COVERED WITH PLASTIC TO SOAK UP THE OIL IT WAS LEAKING. THE MACHINE IS NOT OPERATIONAL. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.
