Please note this is by no means is a reflection on the seller in any way !!! The seller did everything possible to package the item and did a great job.. When recieved the cardboard packaging was damaged badly, the stairs were bent in a couple places thanks to UPS. After paying $160.00 shiping I would think that UPS would take a little better care of an item being shipped.. I was able to straighten the bent areas and the steps work perfactly.. I would deal with this seller again.

This was fully insured and am hoping that you can be compensated. Thank you for complimenting my packaging. I send everyone’s item how I would want to receive my own. It stinks that the carriers are not careful like they should be. This is why I fully insure purchases over a certain amount. I sent you a private message regarding the insurance.
