I see you are kind of new to Ebay. when you have any problem, you should contact the seller for a solution, and give the seller a chance to make it right. I notice you give several negatives and neutral feedback. It's better to work with the seller. If your Scissors are not as sharp as they should be, I could see this happening to the ribbon.
