    Discreet EDC spring-assist Kershaw Portal...Great value and features for a budget-friendly price.

    The Kershaw Portal 8600 is a terrific, medium-sized, budget-friendly pocket knife. The textured glass infused nylon grips have a great texture and feel good and solid in both left and right hand. The spring-assist opening action is crisp and fast. The blade lock can be easily released using the thumb of either hand. I like the stone-washed finish drop-point blade because it's neither reflective nor flashy. The sturdy clip has rounded edges and can be easily attached to either side of the knife. This is a big plus for left-handed folks. The clip's black finish allows for discreet carry. Best of all, this knife comes with a Lifetime Warranty! At less than $20 "out the door", I plan to buy more Kershaw Portal knives as gifts. Great value for the money!

    Nice knife, very sharp blade, bad clip location.

    Great quality knife, the only thing I don't like about it is where the pocket clip is located. It is mounted by the tip of the blade, not by the hinge, which means you have to flip it in your hand to open the blade. It's not very easy to open one handed. None of my other knives are like this.

    Kershaw 8600 Black Portal Straight Assisted Folding knife.

    It’s a lovely knife. For Camping, Fishing ,Hunting. And general purpose knife. I do recommend this knife to anyone. You won’t find a better knife for the price. It’s quality in a knife that you want. Yes, many knifes are made in foreign country’s and shipped here due to labor costs. You won’t be sorry in a Kershaw knife.
