      Why Run Three Power Supplies When One Will Do?

      I have three Western Digital book-style external hared drives that each require a separate power supply. I upgraded to this power supply to and ordered a three-way splitter run all three and to eliminate the tangle of wires. I power everything through a switchable power strip to shut them down when not needed. It has been a very good solution.

      Fits fine. Tested, but haven't need to use it yet.

      Size of connectors (5.5x2.5mm) fit a spare Seagate 8TB USB that was rated for half the amps, so this should work and allow moving the drive from computer to computer without having to carry the power supply
