Bag arrived with leather oil bloom due to changing weather conditions to Alaska. Seller agreed to accept a return and the buyer shipped the bag to the wrong vendor in error. Seller very patient and understanding as buyer tried to locate the bag unsuccessfully. Buyer reimbursed the seller for the bag since the buyer was responsible for returning the bag.
