The condition/cosmetics of the phone was great, as described, the shipping/delivery of the item was great with no complaints at all, but the phone itself has had a couple hiccups such as wanting to freeze up and delay , so I'm not too thrilled about that aspect of the entire process from start until now as I am having to cover costs myself to make what adjustments or repairs necessary. The seller has made themselves available to me and made an attempt to help the situation and /or resolve .
