After dedicating considerable time to researching this camera and consulting with a Reolink technician for 30 minutes, it was determined that the unit I received is defective. An ID ticket has been issued to address this with the warranty department. I kindly request either a refund of $50.00 to keep the item for play or for you to provide return shipping labels. Unfortunately, communication seems to have ceased on their end.
