I received the 2022 Trek Domane May 24th and it was assembled at the Trek bike shop near me May 25th. I was notified by the bike shop technician the electric components for the bike weren't working. To make a long story short; the bike shop reached out to the battery manufacture and a replacement battery should arrive sometime this week (3-7 May). If the problem isn't fixed this week, I'll have Trek disassemble, repackage, and return the bike. The seller is aware of the situation.
