Fast Shipper awesome price because it is a refurbished item.This is not the seller's fault I just did not read the whole description on the seller's listing.They did have an area at the bottom that states the products are refurbished.Boxes were factory sealed so Eufy corrected the issue with the product one of the cameras is up and working as expected have not put the other camera up yet but if there is a problem I will have no problem with the seller because they have an excellent rating!!!
