This sellers attitude and failure to fully work out a problem without complaint is the reason for negative feedback. The seller shipped a card with terrible surface damage and refused to take quality photos or even mention it in the listing description. I first messaged the seller about the problem who never responded. Then asked ebay to step in to help with a refund and the seller issued a partial refund for the price of the card but nothing more for payed shipping costs. This is all I can type

No additional pictures were requested from the buyer. The card description listed the card condition as "Very Good" meaning "has moderate-to-heavy damage all over." If additional pictures of the cards were requested, they would have been provided. The buyer should be more aware of what he is buying. buyer also stated that I did a fantastic job protecting the cards during shipment. Like it was said above, the value of the card was refunded and buyer was told to keep the card.
