HI Guys, The experience I have with ESISOdotCOM is a tough one. After receiving the package, I must say 1st, it was well insulted with the correct foam and box size. However, after plugging and powered on the server, It was loud. The fan was screaming. After troubleshooting and investigating the issues it appears the Backplane connectors was wrongly connected and the Processor heatsink was not seated/screwed in. That's why the fan was screaming @100%... BAD EXPERIENCE!
