The laptop works very well, as described. It looks like new, with a small scratch on the lid (not the screen) that does not affect its use at all. The USPS tracking said the package was delivered, but it was delivered the next day. I contacted the seller, and the seller responded quickly. The seller included a docker that has several USB and other ports. This is unexpected but a bonus. All in all, it wasa satisfactory experience. I'll update the review if any issues encountered for other buyers.

X1 Yoga Gen 5 received as described. Excellent condition like new and clean. Seller did a great job renewing it. Packaging was excellent. Ready to setup Windows 10 from beginning. I updated all the drivers and patches per Windows and Lenovo, but it didn't provide a Win 11 upgrade. Seller sent instructions promptly to upgrade using Microsoft USB method. The upgrade was easy and now it's happy running Win11! Seller was very prompt in communication. Highly recommended and will buy from him again.
