Great communication & packing. However, the picture was not in excellent condition as described. The mats were discolored, and there was water damage to the back right corner. Additionally, the picture was glued to the backboard decreasing its value substantially as it was signed and #. The print has sentimental value to my husband and I. So I did not return. Instead, we are paying for re-matting and framing. Unfortunately, this will not restore its value. Also, it took 5 weeks to arrive.
