I purchased these cameras along with a Reolink NVR & 4K cameras, these 5MP cameras actually work better than the 4K cameras. The drawback is the Wifi connection is horrible, not sure if it is the NVR or the cameras but I had to run ethernet cable to each of my 9 cameras to use them, even a camera 10 feet away from my NVR. Customer support is horrible, no phone service at all, not even with the No. provided. The only support is email to China, email one day and receive a response the next day.

Ethernet cable is not necessary after successfully connecting to wifi, when the problem is confirmed we're willing to solve the problem for you.
