Slow shipping, took a few days before reaching carrier and scans being uploaded.
Product wasn’t newly manufactured.
Looked to be vintage new and manufactured in the late 90s early 2000s.
Was only new by not being opened.
Advice for new buyers: confirm if the product is outdated or not. Might be new in package but vintage.

It was dropped off the following day, the delay was on UPS's end, they had several of my packages that sat there for a few days. New in box, means just that. New...in...box... I did not claim it was manufactured yesterday. Its an air filter, they dont go bad. "vintage" then i should have charged you more lol, you are the reason i hate ebay. you have no issue with the product, just that you THINK it was manufactured 20 years ago. idk when it was made, Nothing wrong with the product.
