Product Information

Burning Road is a sports car racing game which includes eight different cars and 6 different courses to race. Players can choose the color of their car and the point of view which is seen on the screen. <br><br>In practice mode, Players race seven computer drivers through one course of the Player's choosing.<br><br>In championship mode, Players race a decreasing number of racers, from seven down to 1, in races on each race course, placed in order from easiest difficulty to hardest. <br><br>Players can choose cars from manufacturers like Ford, McLaren, Lotus, and Ferrari. Each car has different abilities in areas like steering, handling, and top speed. Certain cars work better on certain tracks, but no one car has a definite advantage over the others.<br><br>Good sound effects and techno music punctuate the races. Players can enter their names with their best scores and save them on their PSX memory card. There is no violence. Burning Road is suitable for Players of all ages.

This was for the purchase of a Sega CD video game. It arrived well packaged and mostly as described. At first it wouldn't fully play on my hardwhare. I noticed it had some light scratches. I reached out to the seller and they suggested that I get it resurfaced. So I sent it to Lukie Games and for $13 dollars, I got it resurfaced. The actual resurcaing was like $3 but with shipping and tax, it came out more. It was annoying but it now works flawlessly and still cheaper than other copies

    Typical but Fun

    Well I picked Burning Road up for free from a friend and had to write a short review for it. Burning Road is graphically decent reminding me or Datona USA for the Sea Saturn. The fact that the game has only three tracks is kind of a bummer. They describe the three tracks as unique on the back cover but I don't find them to be unique in anyway. Typical racer no real new advancements for this one. THe one major positive to this game is its music! Excellent screaming guitars and solos, this game does work in a standard CD player which makes it semi-cool when your driving down the local roads. The music is limited to 6-8 songs but they all have a good racing feeling. I wouldn't recommend thsi game but I wouldn't not recommend it ether. I'd say pick it up cheap and expect to get a ...

    Nostalgia

    If you like pixelated graphics the beginning of play station racing you will like it , very simple only 3 tracks, and the controls feel good responsive for the age of the game

    Over The Top Racing

    Burning Road is more of a racing game then a Twisted Metal type of game.If you want a racing game with a little more extras this one is for you.The graphics are average but good enough to enjoy.
