    Worked Fine After A While

    Initially, the App Store and iTunes did not work. I asked for help from Apple support but they could not figure out what went wrong. So I needed to figure out the fix by myself. The key was to look for the iOS that the computer had. Download the same iOS from Apple website. Install it on your Mac. Then it will guide you to update, etc. Then it worked out fine! So instead of rating this as 1, I am now rating it at 4.

    It's what you get for the money

    Don't expect a pristine iMac. The one I receive had a huge dent right in the base along with several screen scratches. Advertised an 8gb RAM, but did not specify it was an upgrade from 4gb. Not a huge deal but would like to know prior

    Great product!!

    This iMac has been great! I was planning on upgrading the RAM and HDD to SDD but we have been using it as is and it has been awesome so far! Thank you for the great product! Our first Mac and old as it is it still hangs and kicks our PCs behinds in some areas!

    Better than expected

    I am so very pleased with my purchase! The item arrived 2 days earlier than expected! It was so much nicer than I expected it to be. I'm always leery of purchasing used items, especially site unseen. It was packed in an iMac box instead of just bubble wrap and the shipping box and included a very nice iLugger case. Everything works wonderfully!

    Imac 2011

    Apple does computers right It's 2017 and this 2011 imac is keeping up to the high demand and data hungry programs like a champ. Granite I choose to purchase 2011 simply because the cd/DVD drive built in. This save room on the desk and well it's simply better and more cost savings vs the other way. Really the "Big thing" lacking vs the newer models becides the thin body is the lack of airdrop feature. But nothing a USB lighting cord can't handle :-)
