The mirror was broken upon receipt. I contacted seller and although sympathy was given, they wanted me to purchase another and return the broken one. This would be $600 I will have spent. The seller advised they would reimburse me upon receipt of my broken mirror. I ask the seller to send me an unbroken mirror and once I received it, I would return the broken one. The seller has not responded. I do not trust this seller and I have a $300 broken mirror and unwilling seller.

I have been taking care of all buyers for years, sometime I just have to face this kind of challenge buyer and unwilling to give seller a chance to settle the issue. Keep up with buyer communicate and still receive negative feedback at the end even I accept return with no question ask.
