Usps snail mailed the package, not the sellers fault, but, couldn't wait for another week on my project, so I had to buy from another local vendor and paid twice as much, also had to send the item back to the seller. Overall good interaction with seller and really great communication as well. Just didn't work for me with USPS snail mail.

Order this pump and was lost in the shipping. The owner made it right and refunded my money back right away. The services was timely and honest. The pump being lost was not their fault , they did all they could to find it. The owner did ship the item out very fast but the usps lost the item. If I need another part from New Power I will reorder it. I gave 5 stars on shipping time , even thou I didn't get my pump , it was shipped out timely .

Pump came defective and never let air out of the power steering line. Luckily the seller accepted a return without issue. Pump shipped fast and looked great out of the box, I must have just got unlucky. Seller made it a non-issue so they get positive feedback from me. Was able to repair my car with a junkyard pump that I hope lasts me a while.
