    It actually broke in shipping, even though it was well protected. My theory is that trays like this that are really old, like some I have, get brittle with age, and somebody either dropped it along the way or set something on it along the way that caused it to break. This seller immediately, upon seeing the pictures responded that she will gladly give me a refund. I'm really bond because it's a beautiful tray, but she was really good. Offer a refund right away.

    This was a piece I really, really wanted, so I was excited to get it at what I thought was a fairly good deal. In the photos and description, the seller disclosed that there was a chip on the lid. However, when I got the piece, there was a really big chip on the kettle itself that was not described or disclosed. I contacted the seller who seemed completely unconcerned. They did offer to let me send it back, but I’m disappointed in the lack of transparency.
