However, when I received this item, it was not in its original packaging, and it did not include instructions or a registration card. It should have been listed as a "new other" open-box item. Ebay clearly states that when an item is posted as "new," it should be in unopened retail packaging. I was misled and consequently overpaid. The seller refused to provide any assistance in resolving this issue. It's not necessary to register a tool. It was a $42 Milwaukee drill...don't be dumb.
