    Listing of the item indicated that the item was NEW, but in reality the item was used. When I opened the package and looked the item, there were hairs on the rotating parts and dust. Definitely the item was used. I very upset with this purchase. I do not recommend this seller. Online trading based on 100% trust to each other, but when the seller writes NEW item, and it is not how to possible to deal with this seller.

    Schlage Broadway products
