I bought this video game because I am a huge fan of the Simpsons TV show. The game quality is great in the fact that the graphics are incredible the voice overs are original and the story line of the game is well thought out. I love the fact that there are tons of missions to play and that you can not get bored easily. Now to the cars: Each car has its own unique characteristics. Some are fast and have great handling, some are big and powerful without great steering control. All in all, I feel that the cars have great designs and look like the cars in the TV show. You get points for destroying anything that may be in your path so as you accumulate points you can go to Springfield residents and you can purchase new cars. This a great characteristic given to the game by the design team. You can bild your collection of cars. One thing that I dislike about the game is that some missions get repetitive and boring. Such as stealing things from other people by ramming into their car. This type of mission shows up in many different levels. You should buy this game if you like a racing game that also feature side missions which actually let you get out of the car. Once again the voice overs from the actual cast of the Simpsons are terrific and keep you into the missions. And the graphics and scenery f the cities in the game are vibrant and high quality. I give the game a 9/10.Read full review
Awesome game! It is basically a GTA type game in the Simpsons universe, except it is broken down into large levels rather than one massive open world. On top of story missions, there are various collectibles and unlockables throughout the game. Hit and Run is a classic! Highly recommend! :)

The Simpsons Hit and Run game is very fun and can be challenging. The game is created by the actual Simpsons creators, and the real voice actors do their voices too. This game is like Grand Theft Auto but mellow and less challenging. Thank you!

First of all, if you're a die-hard Simpsons fan, then you'll love this game. It's full of Simpsons trivia and gags. The story line is fun and very Simpsons-esque. The game is hard, though. There were a couple of races that took me 20 plus times to pass. Keep in mind, I'm an adult that's been playing since the "Intellivision" and original NES. It's a hard game. I had so much trouble on the last level, I enlisted the help of an online walkthrough. The author of the walkthrough gave up on the last level! But I did beat it. It's hard, but defeatable. There are a few camera-angle issues that will temporarily enrage you. Collecting the trading cards (Bart's microphone for example) within the game is fun and addictive. Getting all the cards unlocks an Itchy and Scratchy cartoon. There's also "gags" to collect (like the escalator to no-where). But it's kind of unlcear what collecting these gags actually does...I guess it's just for the obsessive-compulsive types. The other thing is, you actually have to interact with the gag...so you might have to do it more than once when playing as a different character. This was never really clear to me. All and all, it's a fun game though. It's perfect for the Simpsons fan and it's challenging...to say the least.Read full review
Still the best Simpsons game ever made, plays well, Camera angles are antiquated. This game definitely deserves an HD Remaster, one of the best games of it's generation.
