The item is as advertised and works well. I had to get used to the touch buttons function but that's more on me than the earbuds. Callers have commented that my voice is clear without background noise which is great since they don't have noise cancellation.
Really want to commend the seller. The first pair came DOA and wouldn't charge or anything. After contacting them (on the weekend btw...) they responded without question and sent out a new set on Monday. Exceptional!

The item arrived on time. Unfortunately when I opened up the package I noticed it was the wrong figure. I was confused and frustrated and emailed Ninjamo on the problem. And they got back to me the next day and were very responsible and were nice enough to send me the Yor Forger figure in to me. Apparently there was a mix-up with the packaging when they were delivering the Yor Forger. But its solved now The figure is beautiful, the clothes feel like Velcro. She looks great on the shelf. A+
