    Im satisfied

    I love this smoker and i used it right away. Does require some assembly and it wasn't difficult to do. The only issue i had is the smoke came out of every nook and cranny. Im going to try a high heat gasket on my next run. Other than that my sirloin butt came out nice.

    Great offset upright charcoal/stick smoker

    Easy to assemble and use. Had to get gasket material to seal up smoke and heat leaks from around doors and high temp caulk to seal up the connection between the firebox and the cook area. Dyna-Glo might want to consider including this material with the smoker for a more complete package. Plenty of rack space to hold what you are cooking. 1st run was an 11# boneless pork butt. 6 hours at about 225* using charcoal and apple wood - the meat was tender, juicy, had a nice smoke flavor and a great smoke ring.

    Good product with bad paint

    I would suggest reprinting this smoker with a 2 spray cans of rustolium high heat semi gloss black paint. Let the paint cure for 2 days, then season the smoker with a very thin coat of oil on the inside. Do this before the first use. Other than that it's a good smoker.

    Amazing Smoker for a Great Price

    Had a friend that has one and knew that I needed to get on also. I've smoked pork butts burnt ends and ribs ; also cold smoked cured bacon and cheeses. ( with a cold smoke tube) . Easy curve on getting the heat right and keeping it. Great for someone who's on a budget but wants a great smoker.

    Excellent

    I got my Dyno-Glo delivered to the house Saturday night before Memorial Day. We were having a cookout on Memorial Day and I never used a charcoal smoker before. I put it together on Sunday and did the pre season of it. That is all it took to learn how it heated and on Memorial Day I cooked 6 racks of ribs and they turned out perfect. Great smoker I wish I had bought one years ago. I loved the flavor and it performed better than my electric smoker. It takes a little more work then the electric smoker but in the end well worth the time.
