    Ordered this set of tie rods because they are heavy duty and I needed them fast. Their expedited shipping took 6 days. They sent the wrong parts, I spent over $100 on additional parts to make the wrong kit they sent work. The seller has refused to give me a refund and won’t take returns because I had to modify the parts. They have quit responding to my messages as well. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Parts look like good quality if they would have sent the correct parts kit.

    Item arrived on time but item is of regular to poor quality. I had an issue with the unit, I contacted them and was asked to send photos which I immediately sent. Zero response after that. I'll give them 3 stars, 1 for being timely, 2 for answering the phone and 3 because after fiddling with the carburetor it actually worked as good as a $30 carburetor works. Poor customer service but you get what you pay for.
