I'm super happy that I was able to find this dual eye-liner by Chella on Ebay. Unfortunately it is no longer on the Chella site (least not recently). There were a couple of other Ebay sellers, but this one was the least expensive (very good price) out of all of them. The seller packed the item in a small box taped up well. The eyeliner itself was inside wrapped in paper and protected. There was no communication between the seller and myself so I did not rate that part of course. Thank you :)
