make the switch in printer types?

If you do not need color. A laser printer instead of a black/cyan/magenta/yellow inkjet type. Cartridges for the former became a genuine pain. they expire since they now have either chips or firmware in each cartridge forcing them to expire. More and more consumers will see this as time goes on and try something like buying a laser printer. Ink in a cartridge should never expire, just be used up. So far, this has been my individual experience. I did not encounter one issue or problem installing the Canon Imageclass machine. This machine uses black powder instead of liquid type ink as far as I know. So far, so good.

  • great monochrome printer

It took some reading to get air print to work. Which turned out to be some of the issues from settings on my IPhone. I have only used it about a month now but it would be hard to be with out. Great network printer. Laptops and android phones were up printing in nothing.

  • Canon 232W printer

This was a super easy printer to set up. I had it out of the box, plugged in an printing in less than 10 min. The wifi function worked as well. The interface is intuitive so it was not a problem to set up and connect to my network. I like the fact it has USB direct, Network, and wireless connection capabilities. The print quality is good as well. Its a great value.

  • Very economical, fast printer that is easy to use.

This unit replaces an ink jet, color printer that was used for B&W scanning and copying almost exclusively. This laser printer is much faster and the cost of operation is much less. The photo doesn't show the paper tray in its working position. The bottom panel folds forward and sticks out from the front of the machine about 3". The paper has a cover lid to enclose it. One nice feature of this is that the paper is visible so you know how much paper is available for your printing job.

  • Excellent value. Prints great, and very inexpensive.

Great, fast little printer, and the toner cartridges are under $10 each. Printers and toner shouldn't break the bank. This little guy performs well, and the refills are cheap.
