    I tried to work out with seller, but they are not responding any longer. Violin is not as described with broken bow, broken case and sound post is not secure. They must not be familiar with selling violins. They admit their description was generic. I wasted time and money on this transaction and regret buying from them. Do not waste your time. This was going to be for one of our students. Packaging was minimal and paper stuffed in box but not protecting violin case. Very disappointed.
