Both of the LPs released by this post-Lynyrd Skynyrd Southern rock outfit together on one CD, 1980's 'Anytime, Anyplace, Anywhere' & 1982's 'This Is the Way'. Each was originally released on MCA. The group featured Skynyrd guitarists Gary Rossington & Allen Collins, plus female vocalist Dale Krantz. 19 tracks, including 'Don't Misunderstand Me' & 'Don't Stop Me Now'. All tracks are digitally re-mastered from the original master tapes. Also features faithfully restored artwork (i.e. The original cover art of both records), plus additional sleeve notes. 1999 release.

    RCB is the Phoenix!

    Two great (and only) albums by the Rossington-Collins Band. I still have the original first record and was not aware of the second release. It is great to have two "LPs" in one CD case!

    Rossington Collins LP combo CD

    This was the group reborn after the Lynyrd Skynyrd group was decimated in a plane crash. It was a gutsy but excellent move to replace the lead singer with a woman; Dale Krantz. Her vocals were reminiscent at times of Janis Joplin but more appealing in my view. I dont need to explain any of this as all true Skynyrd fans know the story but it is on these albums that you will be able to hear the last works of the great Allen Collins. I have never been able to find the second album on CD anywhere making this one the choice to be able to hear my favorite tunes on most modern listening devices. I'll be listening to these guys till I'm in a nursing home. I wish the new Skynyrd Band would let Dale clear her wonderful pipes once in a while. This CD is Highly recommended.

    Rossington Collins Band.

    This Band is part of the Skynryd family which formed after the tragic plane crash. This product is perfect for it has both albums on it. If only this band could have gone further. They definitely represent that southern hardrock boogie sound. There are so many other gems on this instead of just the hit Don't misunderstand me. This was a great buy.
