    Portable, adjustable torque, good power

    I bought this to replace one that had worn out after 5 years of heavy use. The battery pack is unique to this B&D line and I did not waht to toss the three batteries that I had. The drill itself is very versatile. The one drackback is that it you are using standard drills, the hand tightened chuck does not provide enough friction to securely grip larger diameter drills. Other than that, it is well worth the money.

    Great drill at a great price

    I am so pleased at how well this little drill preforms. It is small & light and has sooo much power. I have used the drill for hours to a time w/o needing to recharge it. I know it's a remanifactured drill but at the price I felt it was worth the chance to give it a try and I am so glad I did. I also like the way the power pac. to charge it just plugs into the handle with out removing the battery from the drill no more hunting around to find where you put the drill now the batt. is all charged up. I also love how fast it recharges and will stop when it is fully charged so if u are like me and forget alot, not to be all worried cause it will stop by it self. So the only thing I am sorry about is I didn,t buy two or three at that price. Thanks for reading..

    Excellent drill that meets my requirements

    This is the second one of these drills I have purchased. I went through another rechargeable one and also purchased a new battery for it. The one thing that made me mad was the fact that there was no big warning in the instructions to NOT LEAVE THE BATTERY PLUGGED INTO THE CHARGER ALL THE TIME. As I said I spend money on the drill itself, then on another new battery, and by the time I figured out the no-24-hour charging, I just went ahead and purchased a new drill with battery. I leave my rechargeable screwdriver plugged in all the time with no problem. But the drill itself has performed well for me, is comfortable to use, changes bits easily and is a good example of Black & Decker power tools.

    Great value at $25 for a refurbished product

    I bought this product because my old Craftsman cordless drill died after 8 years. I was able to buy this refurbished at a great price ~$25 including shipping and it works great. I like it even better than the Craftsman. It has lots of power and is light. The best tool I have is a Bosch cordless with lithium-ion but those cost at least twice as much and use quick exchange bits which I don't have all the bit sizes for (also expensive).

    My first drill

    As a man grows up, he acquires his tools. And much like the rings of a tree, the more tools a man has, the older and maturer he is becoming. Buying this very handy drill was can best be described as a milestone. Not only my first drill, but my very own, first power tool. I am especially happy about this purchase as this drill is very cool to use because instead of guessing the torque, as most unprofessional carpenters do, it has settings with the pictures. No less than dummy proof. Thank you for the milestone!
