My Forster 8x57mm FIELD gauge.
Forster Products already has a very good reputation for making excellent headspace gauges and so it was with this 8x57mm 8mm FIELD gage that I purchased. One look and you can tell the quality and care that goes into making this gauge. It worked just the way I expected it to, no issues whatsoever.

Forster headspace gauge
I have used these Forster gauges for many years with no issues. I had sets for .30-06, 8mm Mauser, 7.62x51mm that I bought 20 years back, loaned them to a friend whop up and died before returning them. Gauges never found so now I am buying them again. Same quality as the first set's, nicely finished and now packed in a square plastic storage box rather than the round ones my first set had, Easier to get them out of the square ones, they would get stuck in the round ones. Remember to oil them well when you store them away as they are in the bright and will rust if not protected.I have used these Forster gauges for many years with no issues.
