It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. I am now wondering if this is truly HP new cartridges or just recycled ones filled with new ink? The price was fair but I expected the product to arrive as pictured on line. I haven’t used it yet, but I do expect purchases to come in their own packaging as observed on line.
