Carolyn was responsive to questions and flexible during the purchase process which was really appreciated. Shipping costs exceeded the original estimate but she was direct and clear about this. It did take a while to ship the item but shipping/packaging exceeded my expectations. It was a fragile and strangely shaped purchase and she took an extreme amount of care to ensure that it was delivered safely (multiple layers of paper, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts). Overall a positive experience!
