    The seller shipped what was "pictured". I had no idea there was not a power supply provided to make the item work. What was the point? I paid a lot of money for something I cannot use. I have been unable to locate a power supply for this item. In attempting to return the item, I can ONLY use ebay and they want half of what I paid to return it, even though it states the item is allowed to be returned? I can ship it back for way less. I would prefer a full refund but how?
