Exact replacement part with actuator doors
Exact replacement of the upper evaporator case. What I needed was a new heat cool door as the shaft on mine split as I see many have had the same problem. I was surprised to find this component at this affordable price. I did a little research before I removed the case to fix it. First I attempted to epoxy the shaft together which worked for about two days. Having had everything apart so soon before made the actual replacement easier, however not a real hard job but some skill and patience is required. The pictures are the broken door, the new case along side the old one, the new case side view, the tools needed to replace it, the evap case in place before covers reinstalled.
