    This is very irritating. This is a gift. Nowhere on your site does it say this requires a monthly subscription! Every other one of these I have seen does not require a monthly subscription. How do I send this back to you because I’m very irritated. If you work with me, I will change my review from negative positive.

    We are disappointed that a false feedback remains posted even after we issued a full refund and made personal efforts to help the customer. It's a frustrating limitation of the platform that it doesn't always allow for the removal of misleading comments, even after a transaction has been fairly resolved. We did everything correctly on our end. We would appreciate it if eBay would remove falsified feedback on their own website.
