    This came with two mouth guards and I will say there are no instructions so if ya need to know please read them in photos that's how I learned. I almost tossed cause didn't fit than realized that it had them here. The shipping took a minute and yet I live so close,but it is ok no rush here.. thank you looking forward to using these and hope they help. I do recommend seller. These are reasonable cheap in comparison to others of same type.

Sure miss my dentist made mouthguard but this will suffice. I really appreciate the exceptional speed the seller got me this niteguard !
