    This item arrives without any measuring spoon, NO instructions how much to take. I have experimented with different amounts and am getting NO results at all. I used a different brand before and it was amazing. I was attracted because the ad says this is 50 x's concentrate. It tastes different (bad) and does nothing for me. A waste of money.
