    When it arrived it was all bent it was in a Jiffy bag which i felt wasn’t adequate I emailed them straight away and sent pictures they replied the next day they were apologetic and agreed to replace the item it arrived in box well packaged and ready to use thank you for your quick response I would use them again as they dealt with the problem efficiently and took on board what I had said about the packaging thank you

    I'll leave positive feedback even though this was a rare ebay transaction that didn't work - it wasn't the sellers fault, so I'll stick with a positive review. The item (and it turns out others) were lost by Royal Mail and certainly in my case never delivered. The supplier did refund the purchase cost. The only comment I would add is that the seller could have been quicker responding to messages when I was first trying to check what was going on.
