Arrived one day early the box was in great shape was not damaged. FedEx done a great job unpacked it packed very well no problems. I put the controller on and charged it and off. We went love. It would recommend it to other people. Seller was very nice. WOW!! You talk about customer sevice. My scooter was just delivered 3 days sooner than expected. I unboxed it and had it put together in 15 minutes. I rode down the driveway to show the wife. She was impressed as she was worried that I could be scammed. The unit is every thing I expected and then some.
