When I opened the box, sitting right on top were the two tiny screwdrivers I might need as well as the little spatula to separate the back from my laptop. Maybe everyone includes these but to only charge me $14 and then include these tools...? ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ( I didn't need any of them but that's not the point- they weren't an "add-on" or an upcharge, they were simply included.) Most importantly- the battery is perfect- my laptop fired right up.

The dispatch time was great, sent immediately however packaging was sparce, the first unit turned up with damage but after some great comms the seller sent a new unit however packaging remained the same.
