I did finally get refunded a month after purchase, but I still have no battery backup for my home office setup so instead of buying from a more reliable source in the first place, I’ve been waiting for either my item, or the ability to get my refund while my computer has remained vulnerable for over a month.     Works great and has revived a vintage computer tower. Versatile power supply supporting 20 or 24-pin connector. I was also able to break up an 8-pin connector into 2x-4pin connectors, and one of them was the right fit for my vintage computer motherboard.
