It was the first time I purchased an MS66 vs MS69 or MS70. Clearly a difference. Still learning Mexican coins and the Libertad history. The obverse strike is weak, reverse strong. I think I am more inclined to focus on MS69-MS70 or PF69 PF70 coins. No issues with the coin received, just general observations on MS66.
