    After thorough research, the item not only looked like the photo, but actually works well. Nothing inside (not photographed) was dirty which was great and it was installed easily and quickly. Buyer answered all my questions in a timely manner and reassured me if there were any issues to include broken or missing parts or if my package was lost during shipment, that he would take full responsibility and issue a refund. Second time ever buying on Ebay and enjoyed my experience with this seller.

    As described. (Though the seller seems to have confused the '98's unique clockspring with the ones used in the '97 and '99. They are unfortunately all different, to my knowledge.) One of the very, *very* few on the market, and at a very reasonable price for being used salvage, in my opinion. Functionality has not yet been verified, but I'll include a follow-up at a later date. Shipping was acceptable, and the item was very well-packaged.
