It has slight fret sprout and the neck needed a shim to correct the high string action but, these are minor problems and easily corrected. It is actually 24.75" scale but, advertised as 25" scale. The neck is a thick weird profile in my opinion but, I personally like it. Pickups are 11-12k output. Overall I love the look and a 24 fret 24.75" scale guitar is almost unheard of in this price range. It seems to tune up and hold tune well.

the guitar needs a full professional set up, new strings, pick-ups are good. if you are going to sit and play this get ready to have points on this guitar dig into your leg and chest,. I needed to file a bit on the frets, needs new tuning keys, but after all of that it turned out to be a good guitar when standing Lol.......

Any guitar you buy off the rack is going to need a setup, but for this price, this guitar is a great deal. You may need to sand down the frets, but it sounds good and looks awesome!!! I eventually swap out every pickup for any guitar I buy, and this was no exception, but I didn't need to. Playing through my devices, pedals, and overall rig, this guitar could sing as well as it could scream. I only wish I could get it in another color, like black. If you purchase this guitar, set it up, or take it to a guy, and have the normal stuff done to it. I also replace all the tuning machines for locking tuners, and I advise that (don't make the mistake of installing a lock nut that cuts off the headstock, for that is where all your sustain comes from), but this guitar can be played for the most part, right out of the box.Read full review

This is a great sounding instrument out the box. Needed to file the fret ends for comfort but that is expected for the price range. Pickups sound amazing.
