    I purchased the GoPro HERO4 Black recently because I'll be going scuba diving in a few weeks and wanted to provide some video to document the trip... and be able to display it on my 4K UHD Samsung TV. I haven't taken it diving yet, but after some playing around, was able to set it up so I can remote control it (view, start recording, stop recording) with a GoPro app on my iPhone 6S. I recorded my son's school awards assembly in 4K and it looked great on my TV. The camera is pretty slick, and there are so many attachments and mounts available that it'll be a while before I figure them all out. I did purchase an upgraded memory card as I read somewhere that the transfer speed on lower end memory cards won't keep up with the amount of data required for a 4K 30fps video.     Better than you think

    Why would you pay top dollar for a newer model when this delivers fantastic footage. Couple this with and external battery and 128gb SD and you can film a solid 1080x60fps for over 8 hrs. 10,000 mah external battery will last over 16 hrs and the SD will record about 8.5hrs.

    Nice little camera!

    I needed a little GoPro with HDMI out for use on a gimbal, and this works just fine. HDMI out is necessary to allow wireless transmission for live streaming in my case. The newer models don't support this without a media mod, which then makes it too big for my gimbal.., but this works, also allowing low light shake-free movement. THANKS!
