Motor was running hot with a 24T pinion on stock spur, not now. Build quality is very good. Second one I have bought. Put one on my DBLX-E 2.0. Same deal, stock everything running a big pinion. Got hot, not anymore. Make sure your BEC is set to 8.4v to get the best out of this. My review is based on it running at 8.4v via the BEC on my Spektrum 160a ESC.
